Saundra will facilitate this event. The training will open with the showing of the “Give ‘Em the Pickle” video about customer service. Then we will break into tables for 15 minutes with each group. There will be no separate networking time scheduled. If you have materials you would like to include in participant packets, please have the materials to Jodie by November 10th.

Leadership Summit
The Morris Shechtman Training will be held at the Doubletree on November 3. It will begin at 8:30 am, but we will encourage everyone to arrive at 8:00 am for check in and seating. Monique will introduce Mr. Shechtman at the seminar. There is room for 220 participants in the seminar. Postcards are being printed to advertise the seminar. The Lifelong Learning Center will send these out to their business list. Job Service will send out an email announcement to our business mailing list.

A CMT Leadership Summit Luncheon will follow the seminar. Wolf will facilitate the luncheon. Members of the CMT accepted assignments at our August meeting for contacting the participants of the Leadership Seminar. Those assignments will be sent out via email as a reminder. When calling the leaders, please remember to invite them to the seminar, the CMT luncheon, and see if they have staff to sign up for the November 17th Education & Training Cross Training. Jodie will send out information to all CMT Core members including the steps for registering and specifics for each event.

CMT Leadership
Michelle’s term as Chair of the CMT has ended. As outlined in the bylaws, Saundra will take responsibility for the duties of the Chair, which at this point will primarily be for the official business of the CMT. A bylaw update will be drafted by Saundra for review at the next meeting.

Other Information
Vocational Rehabilitation is now doing group intakes. They will be twice a week on Tuesday afternoon and Thursday morning. Please have candidates for Vocational Rehabilitation call to register.
